Whether you are new to figure drawing, or you are looking to improve your skills, this 4-week class is for you!
Your instructor will guide you through the steps of drawing a figure from photographs and life, presenting different strategies for approaching poses of short and long duration, and poses with varying levels of complexity.
This course will cover gesture and rhythm, sighting and measuring, lighting and value, and touch on basic proportion, construction, and anatomy.
Students are requested to bring their own sketchbook and sketching materials (recommend 18 x 24 newsprint/cartridge paper pads/assorted pencils/charcoals). Basic kits are available to purchase from SSANC.
Where/Studio: SSANC front studio and online | Max 7 attendance in-studio with 5 online attendees.
