The benefits to creating art and sounds in nature are well documented to physical and mental health. Research has linked experiences in nature to have positive outcomes on the well being of individuals. Outcomes may include decrease in stress, improve cognitive, sensory and emotional development, and increase in creativity, imagination, perception, focus and memory. These experiences enhance respect for all relations (human and non-human) and brings people together through the love of nature.
