Deep Cove is the largest, sandiest and most popular beach on Grand Manan Island. Located off of Route 776 near the southern end of the island, this beach is perfect for families with young children, or for those just looking for a nice stroll or a place for a quick, refreshing plunge. Be careful swimming here after storms though, as waves can be high and undertow can be strong.
Note: access to beach is by foot only, down a short but fairly steep path from the parking area.
