Lake George Family campground offers Swimming (public beach with paid entrance), canoeing, boating, camping accommodations. warm fresh water beach is 10 minutes south of Kings Landing Historical Settlement.
At the park are changing houses, dry toilets, picnic areas, chopped firewood for campfires, a sandy beach and a ramp for launching boats. You can also make use of the volleyball court, basketball net and horseshoe pits. The Park is open for the general public for swimming for a small entrance fee for cars. There is a small canteen which carries drinks, chips, ice cream bars, bags of ice and some products such as sunscreen and bug spray.
