The heart of of Blacks Harbour community celebrations located next to the Blacks Harbour Community School. Most community events are hosted from the Park, weather permitting, including Multicultural Day Celebrations, Canada Day Celebrations, Fog Festival Concerts, Fireworks and Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. The park has washroom facilities, a bandstand and electricity.
